Lemon Law Case Manager

Family-owned lemon law firm seeks a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager/Legal Assistant to join our close-knit team in Mesa, Arizona. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on lemon law experience and at least three years of legal experience (including demands, negotiations, and direct client and manufacturer communication). A bachelor's degree (any field) and strong work ethic with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work are required. Spanish bilingual not required, but is preferred. We're looking for someone who values precision, initiative, and teamwork, and who consistently delivers work of the highest standard. The right candidate wants to grow within a family-style firm that genuinely cares for its clients, not just case numbers. This is an in-office position (Monday-Friday) with opportunities to participate in firm and community events.
