Job Description:
Position Overview Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Litigation Counsel to join its growing civil litigation team. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with a strong litigation foundation who is looking to expand their experience handling complex civil matters within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will work closely with firm leadership and senior attorneys, playing a key role in developing case strategy, managing litigation responsibilities, and supporting successful client outcomes across a variety of civil litigation matters. Key Responsibilities Support senior attorneys in managing civil litigation matters from pre-suit investigation through final resolution Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda related to litigation strategy, case analysis, and complex legal issues Assist with motion practice, including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, responses, and court filings Manage discovery processes, including drafting written discovery, reviewing document productions, and preparing discovery responses Participate in case strategy discussions and assist in preparing matters for mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trial Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, expert witnesses, and other legal stakeholders Assist with factual investigations, case evaluations, and legal analysis Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines, procedural requirements, and internal processes Support trial preparation activities, including exhibit organization, witness preparation, and case management coordination Collaborate with internal legal teams to support overall litigation strategy and client service initiatives Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active bar admission in good standing 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Experience with motion practice, discovery management, and case preparation Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to work collaboratively while also handling responsibilities independently
Compensation and Benefits:
