Join a reputable Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm in the North Phoenix / Biltmore area. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to manage a caseload focused on pre-litigation and settlement of personal injury matters, including premises liability and motor vehicle claims. This is a full-time, in-person position offering competitive benefits and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through resolution Evaluate liability, damages, and case value for settlement purposes Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers Draft demand packages, correspondence, and settlement documentation Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation Maintain accurate and organized case files

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active membership in the Arizona State Bar in good standing 1-5 years of experience in personal injury, preferably plaintiff-side Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Experience with premises liability and auto claims preferred What we offer: Competitive salary based on experience Health benefits and paid time off Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity for professional growth and advancement
