  • $300,000 per year Job Description Southwest Trial Lawyers is seeking a driven and ambitious Litigation Attorney to join Arizona's fastest-growing trial firm.
This is an opportunity to be part of an experienced, dynamic, high-performing team, handling seven-figure cases, that is rapidly expanding and making a major impact in the personal injury space.   • Responsibilities
  • Represent injured clients with compassion, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with seasoned paralegals to develop and prosecute cases
  • Evaluate potential new client cases and determine legal strategy
  • Anticipate sources of delay and expedite cases to resolution or trial
  • Litigate cases, negotiate settlements, and oversee final disbursement processes
  • Take on leadership responsibility as you grow within the firm
  • Qualifications
  • Strong work ethic
  • Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar in good standing
  • Plaintiff personal injury experience preferred (but not required)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling law firm environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities
