We exclusively represent plaintiffs in car wrecks, trucking and motorcycle collisions, defective product cases, medical malpractice, and wrongful death matters. We've recovered countless multi-million-dollar results for clients across Arizona because we treat every file as if it could be tried, and many are. Each client gets hands-on attention from an attorney. We're hiring an attorney who shares that posture. What you'll do Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters (auto, trucking, motorcycle, premises, product liability, wrongful death) from intake through resolution Take and defend depositions, draft pleadings and motions, and run discovery without hand-holding Negotiate directly with adjusters and defense counsel, and recognize when a case needs to be filed rather than settled Try cases: second-chair to start, first-chair as you grow with us Communicate with clients timely with excellent customer service Work closely with the medical, billing, and investigative team supporting each file Contribute to firm strategy on intake, case selection, and file management What we're looking for JD and active Arizona Bar license in good standing (required) 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience in Arizona (required) Demonstrated experience carrying cases through discovery and into pre-trial; trial experience is a strong plus Comfort with motor vehicle, trucking, and bodily injury litigation specifically Strong legal writing motions and demand letters that actually move cases forward The judgment to know which cases settle and which ones need to be tried Genuine respect for clients going through the worst stretch of their lives Compensation and benefits Competitive base salary based on experience Performance-based bonus structure tied to case outcomes Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) match Paid time off and holidays CLE budget and Arizona Bar dues covered
