Family Law Paralegal Salice Law Scottsdale, AZ Job Details Full-time $45,000.00 - $71,408.33 a year 1 day ago Benefits Free parking Paid time off Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Salice Law is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Bilingual Family Law Paralegal. The office represents clients in complex and emotionally sensitive family law matters, and we are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about helping clients through difficult transitions. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced attorney in a collaborative environment where professionalism, empathy, and strong communication are highly valued. Salice Law practices family law in multiple states so we need a candidate motivated to master different court dockets. Responsibilities Draft and prepare family law pleadings, motions, disclosures, discovery, and correspondence Assist with case management from inception through resolution Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third parties professionally and compassionately Organize and maintain client files and case calendars Prepare hearing and trial binders and assist with trial preparation Manage deadlines and ensure timely filings with the court Review financial documents and assist in preparation of disclosures Schedule hearings, mediations, and client meetings Conduct legal and factual research as needed Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish) Prior experience in family law preferred Strong knowledge of Arizona and California family law procedures is a plus Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism Experience with drafting legal documents and e-filing Ability to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software Preferred Qualities Compassionate and client-focused demeanor Strong attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative Professionalism and reliability Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Flexible and supportive work environment To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in the position.
