We help cities and schools navigate a broad spectrum of legal challenges, including personal injury, employment, discrimination, fraud, civil rights, and harassment cases. At least 1 year of civil litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to manage an independent caseload with partner oversight. Experience drafting motions, handling discovery, and analyzing legal issues, exposure, and defenses. Comfortable appearing in court, taking and defending depositions, and managing case strategy.
