Immigration Attorney (NIV & IV)

Immigration Attorney (NIV & IV) (2-4 years of experience) We are looking for an Immigration Attorney with experience in business-related non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters to join our team. Responsibilities include:

Working closely with firm partners on corporate client H-1B nonimmigrant visa matters and

PERM/I-140

immigrant visa petitions Preparing immigration petitions and RFE responses under partner supervision Coordinating with employers on

H-1B/PERM

related strategies Communicating professionally with clients to gather information and provide case updates Assisting in the oversight and mentorship of Case Managers and junior staff Utilizing immigration case management software to track cases and coordinate with the team

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in employment-based immigration law Working knowledge of H-1B, PERM, and I-140 processes Experience with other NIV (L, TN, E visas) and IV (AOS, Naturalization) matters is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, responsive, and committed to delivering quality work with care and compassion for clients What we offer: A collaborative, family-oriented firm culture with a genuine commitment to work-life balance Full-time, in-office position (40 hours/week) based in Agoura Hills, California Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) with employer contributions

Salary:

$100,000-$135,000, depending on experience
