As Senior Litigation Counsel, you will play a key role in safeguarding the organization's interests by managing complex legal disputes in a fast-moving technology landscape, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping shape key legal strategies.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of litigation, including strategy, motions, depositions, trials, and appeals. Advise on litigation exposure and risk. Partner with internal departments such as compliance and product to navigate legal matters affecting the company's operations. Manage and work closely with outside counsel. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents. Monitor evolving legal and regulatory landscapes, especially in technology and privacy.

Must-Have Skills:

JD from a top law school. Active bar membership in California (in good standing). At least 5 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters. Experience working within a technology or AI-driven company. Demonstrated history of strong outcomes and effective case execution.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of privacy and IP law. Strong negotiation and contract management abilities. Familiarity with working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced organizational structure. Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with external counsel and vendors.
