401(k) Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Paid time off Training & development We are a growing California law firm seeking an entry level Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team through a structured training and growth program. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney looking to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path to advancement. No prior workers' compensation experience required. •Those awaiting BAR results are encouraged to apply•What You'll Do As part of our New Attorney Growth Program, you will receive training and progressively increased responsibility, including: Learning workers' compensation case fundamentals and workflow Working closely with intake and support teams to evaluate and open cases Managing workers' compensation files from beginning to end (with support staff) Assisting with and conducting depositions as you progress Collaborating with senior attorneys and staff Developing toward a supervisory role within approximately two years Qualifications Recently admitted to the California Bar (or pending admission) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Professional, reliable, and client-focused Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Comfortable receiving feedback and training Strong communication skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
