Pathway Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role is crucial in guiding individuals through the legal process, ensuring they receive the support and advocacy they need.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in client intake, customer service, or a legal setting (law firm experience preferred).
• Exceptional communication and active listening skills—you can make clients feel heard and understood.
• Strong attention to detail—you don't miss the small things.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with case management software, CRM systems, or similar tools.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.

What You'll Do:

• Handle incoming client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
• Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations to determine case eligibility.
• Gather and input critical case details into the firm's case management system.
• Schedule consultations and follow up with potential clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure seamless case transitions.
