Role Description This is a full-time on-site Attorney role located in Brea, CA. The Attorney will handle cases related to medical malpractice, elder abuse, labor and employment law, immigration to name a few and provide expert legal advice to clients, conduct thorough legal research, and negotiate settlements or agreements. Additionally, the Attorney will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft and review legal documents, and ensure the highest level of compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications A willingness commit to the practice of law Proven experience providing legal advice and representation in complex cases Strong research skills to analyze case law, statutes, and legal precedents Exceptional negotiation skills for resolving disputes and crafting agreements Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in California Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality Prior experience is ok but not necessary as we like to train.
