Lateral Link is working closely with a prestigious AmLaw firm in San Francisco regarding its search for a Labor & Employment Counsel. This position can also be based in Los Angeles. This is a rare opportunity to join a sophisticated Labor & Employment practice and work with top-notch attorneys at a firm that heavily invests in the professional development of its attorneys.The ideal candidate will have:
- 7+ years of Labor & Employment management-side experience at a large law firm
- Significant defense-side employment litigation and/or trial experience in PAGA disputes and wage and hour class actions
- Ability to independently manage cases from start to finish
- Advice and counseling experience is a plus
- Excellent academic credentials
