Provide legal advice and counsel to clients regarding case strategy and potential outcomes. Conduct legal research and factual investigations to support case development. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, demand packages, settlement agreements, and other legal documents. Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel. Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and other proceedings as necessary. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional client service. Manage a diverse caseload while ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met. Collaborate with support staff and other legal professionals to achieve favorable results for clients. Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in California and in good standing. Experience handling personal injury matters. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to negotiate favorable settlements and resolutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client advocacy. #INDSYN
