Position Overview:

Megeredchian Law is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Intake Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in helping injured individuals take the first step toward obtaining legal representation. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, skilled at building rapport, and comfortable guiding potential clients through the intake and sign-up process. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively convert qualified leads into signed clients. Fluency in Armenian is required.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from potential new clients in Armenian and English Gather accident details, including facts of the incident, injuries, treatment, and insurance information Qualify leads based on firm criteria and clearly explain the client onboarding process Send, explain, and follow up on retainer agreements to convert qualified leads into signed clients Follow up with prospective clients via phone, text, and email regarding open opportunities Maintain accurate and detailed notes within the case management system Work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients Communicate professionally and compassionately with individuals seeking legal assistance Manage multiple leads, calls, and follow-up tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Required Qualifications:

Fluent in Armenian and English Minimum 1 year of personal injury intake experience in a law firm or similar legal environment Minimum 1 year of sales experience, including phone sales, inside sales, or high-volume call center sales Strong phone communication skills and professional phone presence Comfortable handling objections, asking probing questions, and closing over the phone Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Reliable, punctual, and professional in an in-office environment Preferred Qualifications Personal injury law firm intake experience beyond the minimum requirement Experience obtaining signed retainers and onboarding new clients High-volume call center, customer service, or phone sales experience Experience with CASEpeer or similar legal case management software

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on experience, communication skills, personal injury background, and ability to convert qualified leads into signed clients.
