Job Description

Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury (PI) AttorneyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Attorney to represent individuals injured due to negligence, accidents, or wrongful conduct. The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, advocate zealously for clients, develop case strategy, negotiate settlements, and, when necessary, try cases to verdict. This role combines client counseling, litigation, and business development to achieve outstanding results and grow the plaintiff practice.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all stages of personal injury cases, including intake, investigation, medical record review, case evaluation, and strategy developmentDraft and file pleadings, complaints, motions, and other court documents in state and federal courts as neededConduct and respond to discovery, prepare and take depositions, and coordinate with experts and medical providersNegotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and claimants to obtain fair compensation for clientsPrepare for and try cases to a verdict when a settlement is not in the client's best interestMaintain regular, empathetic communication with clients, keep them informed of case status, and provide realistic counsel on outcomes and timelinesQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the state bar (must be admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction)3+ years of litigation experience with a focus on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation preferred; open to experienced attorneys with strong trial skillsProven experience handling personal injury matters (auto collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, product liability, and related PI claims)Benefits$180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year (Range Varies Depending on Experience)401(k)401(k) matchingHealth insurancePaid time off
