The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic legal environment.

Job Discerption:

Prepare correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, settlement agreements, orders for contract negotiations and court proceedings. Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel under the direction of senior associate attorneys. Analyze conflicts in legal matters, advise clients on potential resolutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients. Communicate with senior associates, partners, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently. Maintain client files in an organized fashion to ensure up-to-date information is readily available for other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Requirements:

Must be currently licensed to practice in California.
