The Mission:

You won't just be defending corporate bottom lines. You'll be working extensively with Public Entities , navigating the unique intersection of administrative law and labor relations that keeps our communities running. The Work You'll Do As an Employment Law Associate, you will be the "boots on the ground" for a variety of public and private sector clients.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Providing proactive advice and counsel on wage and hour compliance, leaves of absence, and employee discipline. Conducting high-level workplace investigations. Defending clients in litigation, including FEHA/Title VII claims and administrative hearings. Drafting and revising complex employment agreements and handbooks. What You Bring to the Table JD and California Bar Membership (active and in good standing). 2-8 years of experience in Employment Law. The Public Entity "Bonus": If you have experience navigating the Government Code, PERB, or Brown Act, you're already at the top of our list. A "Counselor"
