We celebrate every win, and we learn from every mistake together. Scranton Law Firm is looking for case coordinators to join our growing team. Our Pre-litigation Case Coordinators are highly organized individuals who work on a variety of cases. Pre-litigation Case Coordinators help gather and organize all the important documentation and records related to a client's case. They open insurance claims, request police reports and medical records, verify billing balances, and generally assist with case management. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, has strong organization skills, and can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Be Doing
  • Creating files and entering relevant information into case management software.
  • Drafting and sending letters of representation, new client welcome letters, medical records requests, and other important correspondence.
  • Keeping track of case costs, ensuring invoices are paid in a timely manner.
  • Organizing insurance correspondence, medical records, medical bills, vehicle repair estimates, injury photos, property damage photos, wage loss documents, and other important items of evidence into the client's digital file.
  • Completing tasks and requests submitted by legal assistants and attorneys. What You Should Have
  • Law firm experience preferably personal injury law
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Fluent in Spanish (would be great)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Technical skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other databases If this sounds like you, please submit a cover letter and resume.
