Job Description

A boutique family law firm in Corona is seeking attorneys at varying levels of experience to join its growing practice. The firm is open to junior, mid-level, and senior attorneys, provided they have meaningful family law experience. The practice handles complex family law matters with a focus on structured support, client service, and efficient case management. Attorneys work closely with internal support staff to manage cases from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities:
Manage family law cases from intake through resolution Conduct client consultations and case strategy discussions Handle RFO hearings and motion practice Appear in court throughout Southern California Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements Conduct legal research and case analysis Manage settlement negotiations and client communication Maintain caseload of approximately 50-80 matters Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure case progression
Candidate Requirements:
2+ consecutive years of family law experience required Active California Bar membership Hearing and motion experience required Trial experience preferred Strong legal writing and courtroom presence Ability to manage cases independently
Compensation:
Junior (2-5 years): up to $175,000
Senior:
$175,000 - $275,000 Bonus opportunities available
Work Expectations:
In-office role (Corona, CA) 1,515 annual billable hours Approx. 32.25 hours/week target over 47 weeks 50-80 active cases per attorney
