We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Associate Attorney who has recently passed the California bar exam or is taking it in July. The ideal candidate will be passionate about law and eager to dive into the field of workers' compensation. This role is perfect for someone who can manage a high volume of cases, work efficiently with legal assistants and paralegals, and excel in negotiating and settling cases on behalf of our clients.About Us:

Manage a high volume of workers' compensation cases from inception through resolution. Work closely with and provide direction to legal assistants and paralegals. Negotiate and settle cases efficiently and effectively, always prioritizing the best interest of our clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear and timely communication. Multi-task and handle various tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of responsiveness to staff and clients. Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.Qualifications:
Recently passed the California bar exam or taking it in July. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent negotiation and settlement skills. Ability to manage and work well with legal assistants and paralegals. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly responsive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
