Job Summary Easton & Easton Personal Injury Lawyers in Costa Mesa, California is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lien Negotiator. This role will work closely with the handling attorney and our accounting department. You will be responsible for managing and negotiating liens related to various legal cases, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.   • Ensuring all liens are signed by handling attorney, medical provider and client in a timely manner.
  • Negotiate lien reductions with all lien holders on each case, i.e. hospitals, medical providers, health insurance carriers.
  • Provide updates on payment and outstanding liens to all lien holders.
  • Complete and file
SR1/SR19
documents with DMV
  • Disburse, file and return subpoenas Preferences & Requirements Experience in the personal injury field Prior knowledge with negotiations Attention to detail Time management skills Willingness to take direction and action Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
