We are looking for an experienced attorney to join our team of busy attorneys and helpful staff. We are looking for a full-time attorney with 2+ years of Workers' Compensation Defense experience handling a manageable case load. Responsible for handling all aspects of workers' compensation cases from opening through discovery and case conclusion, be it settlement or trial, and appeal. Requires strong critical thinking, written and oral communication, file organizational skills. Ability to prioritise all work tasks. Must be able to interact well with all firm's clients. Uninsured Employers and Lien litigation experience is a plus. This is a unique opportunity to expand your skills.
