Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings Provide strategic legal advice tailored to each client's needs Collaborate with colleagues, experts, and clients to build strong cases Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in California Strong interest in business litigation or prior litigation experience Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to analyze complex legal issues and deliver practical advice Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working with international clients Mandarin proficiency is a plus

Salary:
