Business Litigation Associate Adams & Martin Group - 3.8 Diamond Bar, CA Job Details $140,000 - $250,000 a year 19 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Doctor of Law (JD) Bar Full Job Description Business Litigation Attorney Diamond Bar, California We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Litigation Attorney to join our team and advocate for a diverse client base, including international businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are eager to learn, grow in a collaborative environment, and make a meaningful impact. Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings Provide strategic legal advice tailored to each client's needs Collaborate with colleagues, experts, and clients to build strong cases Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in California Strong interest in business litigation or prior litigation experience Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to analyze complex legal issues and deliver practical advice Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Cultural sensitivity and adaptability when working with international clients Mandarin proficiency is a plus
Salary:
