What You'll Do:

Manage 200-250 Workers' Compensation cases Develop case strategies, conduct discovery, and evaluate medical records Negotiate settlements and represent clients at hearings, trials, and appeals Oversee support staff and ensure efficient case progression

Qualifications:

7+ years experience in California Workers' Compensation JD and California Bar admission Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities

What We Offer:

Compensation:

Base salary $125k - $150k (doe) and bonus on fees earned, with expected total compensation of $250k - $350k 100% employer-paid medical, dental, life & disability insurance (For Employee) 401K with 6% match, Flexible PTO, paid holidays Remote/hybrid flexibility
