• 4-6 years legal experience in Elk Grove, CA Kazhe Law Group PC, a full-service boutique law firm, seeks a full-time attorney with at least four (4) years of experience with one or more of the following areas: (1) business/corporate transactions
• real estate, contracting; (2) healthcare; civil litigation (e.

g., business/partnership disputes, commercial, and/or employment defense); (3) environmental/regulatory or (4) government (tribal, federal or state). This position will be in support of the two senior attorneys and include immediate leadership opportunities and supervisory duties in a team-oriented practice. This is a full-time, in-office position with a flexible billing requirement. The attorney in this position will have immediate responsibility. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Candidates must exhibit excellent communication skills, written and verbal; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; proficient business software skills; thorough and meticulous with extreme attention to detail. Self-motivated and takes initiative. Reasonable billing requirements and a congenial working atmosphere.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Minimum 4 years of relevant practice experience. Must be an active member of the State Bar of California in good standing. Exceptional legal research and writing skills and analytical aptitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of assignments. Familiarity with administrative procedures is a strong plus. Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently. We offer a competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. Job Type:

Full-time.

Pay:

Up to $160,000.00 per year depending on experience.
