Eminent Domain Of Counsel Locations :
Can work in any of the firm's 5 California offices (Los Angeles, Oakland, or San Diego, CA) Directly partnered with a well-established California litigation firm with a 35+ year reputation handling high-profile, high-stakes matters for both public entities and private sector clients. The firm is actively expanding its Trial and Litigation Practice Group with a focus on eminent domain and complex public infrastructure work. This practice is highly regarded for its work on large-scale transportation, transit, sports stadium, and infrastructure projects, with frequent courtroom experience in both state and federal courts.
Core Responsibilities:
Handling all phases of complex litigation from pleadings through trial and appeal Leading or supporting law and motion practice, including dispositive motions Developing case strategy and managing trial preparation, including witness interviews and depositions Working on eminent domain and public entity land acquisition matters Supporting constitutional and high-stakes commercial litigation matters
Ideal Background:
7+ years of litigation experience in California Strong experience in law and motion practice, including dispositive motions Hands-on experience with depositions, discovery, and trial preparation Eminent domain or real property litigation experience preferred (not required) Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative litigation team
Why This Opportunity:
