Our client, a highly regarded international law firm, is seeking a Managing Associate to join its Employment Litigation team in Northern California. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level attorney who is ready to step into a more hands-on role, work closely with sophisticated corporate clients, and handle a broad mix of employment litigation and advisory matters.What You'll Work On:
The associate will support a wide range of employment-related disputes and counseling matters, including individual employment claims, complex workplace litigation, wage and hour disputes, representative actions, agency matters, and strategic employment advice for corporate clients. This role may also involve meaningful case management, deposition practice, motion work, court appearances, mediation preparation, and direct involvement in developing litigation strategy.Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
