In this role, you will meet with individuals and families facing immigration challenges, understand their situation, and help them make a clear, confident decision about their next steps. This is structured, consultative work that requires both emotional intelligence and discipline. You will be responsible for managing your consultations, follow-up, and pipeline with a high level of ownership. Success in this role comes from your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and consistently move conversations toward a decision. - Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $60,000 On-target earnings: $80,000-$107,000+ Performance-based bonuses (upside earning potential) Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off (PTO) + holidays Paid sick time Paid training and ongoing coaching

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Conduct consultations (video and in-person) with prospective clients Understand each person's situation, goals, and concerns Clearly explain the process and what working with our firm looks like Guide conversations toward a clear outcome: hire, follow-up, or no Follow up consistently with prospects who haven't decided yet Maintain detailed notes and pipeline tracking in our CRM Own your numbers and improve them week over week This is a performance-driven role . You will track your results and be coached to improve continuously.
