Applications that do not follow these instructions will not be considered. - We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to guide prospective clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives. In this role, you will meet with individuals and families facing immigration challenges, understand their situation, and help them make a clear, confident decision about their next steps. This is structured, consultative work that requires both emotional intelligence and discipline. You will be responsible for managing your consultations, follow-up, and pipeline with a high level of ownership. Success in this role comes from your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and consistently move conversations toward a decision. - Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $60,000 On-target earnings: $80,000-$107,000+ Performance-based bonuses (upside earning potential) Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off (PTO) + holidays Paid sick time Paid training and ongoing coaching

Responsibilities:
What You'll Do Conduct consultations (video and in-person) with prospective clients Understand each person's situation, goals, and concerns Clearly explain the process and what working with our firm looks like Guide conversations toward a clear outcome: hire, follow-up, or no Follow up consistently with prospects who haven't decided yet Maintain detailed notes and pipeline tracking in our CRM Own your numbers and improve them week over week This is a performance-driven role . You will track your results and be coached to improve continuously.

Consultative sales (financial services, insurance, professional services) Client-facing roles with real responsibility (case management, advising) Any role where trust and results both mattered What We're Looking For Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) — required 3-5+ years of consultative or client-facing experience Comfortable discussing fees clearly and professionally Strong follow-up habits (calls, texts, email) Detail-oriented and organized with CRM systems Coachable, accountable, and growth-minded Calm, confident communicator under pressure About Company At the Law Offices of Erin J.
