In-House Attorney Automotive Dealership Group

Ferro/Genoa Automotive inc. is looking for a sharp, aggressive, and motivated attorney to join our team full-time. We need someone who can handle real-world business and legal issues in a fast-paced dealership environment. This position involves collections, lawsuits, HR matters, contracts, employee issues, customer disputes, and day-to-day legal support for management. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes solving problems, taking action, and getting results. Responsibilities Handle collections and legal disputes File and manage lawsuits when necessary Assist with HR and employee matters Draft contracts and legal documents Respond to customer and vendor disputes Work directly with ownership and management Help protect and grow the business Requirements JD degree required California Bar license preferred 1-3 years experience preferred Strong communication and negotiation skills Must be organized, responsive, and confident Litigation, collections, or employment law experience is a plus What We Want We are looking for someone hungry, tough, business-minded, and ready to grow with the company.
