Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented pre-litigation Personal Injury Case Manager to join our legal team. In this role, you will be the vital link between clients, attorneys, and medical providers, ensuring that personal injury cases are managed efficiently from inception through resolution. This is a part time position with the potential to become full time. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help streamline case workflows, facilitate effective communication, and support successful case outcomes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal administrative expertise within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage a high volume of pre-litigation personal injury cases by coordinating client communications, medical records, and legal documentation Conduct thorough case intake interviews with clients to gather essential information and assess case viability from intake to demand. Utilize legal case management systems such as Abacuslaw to organize and track case files Review settlement agreements, prepare disbursements and settlement demands with precision and clarity Coordinating with external parties such as medical providers or insurance adjusters Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems while ensuring compliance with legal standards and deadlines Provide exceptional administrative support including data entry, transcription, phone etiquette, and organizational tasks to keep the office running smoothly Skills Strong knowledge of personal injury law Excellent skills to effectively gather detailed case information from clients and witnesses Proven project management abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines Skilled in legal drafting, proofreading, document review, and precise data entry for accurate record-keeping Exceptional organizational skills coupled with strong attention to detail for managing extensive case files and documentation Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette for liaising with clients, attorneys, medical providers and insurance companies Administrative experience supporting law office operations including filing systems (physical & electronic), transcription tasks, clerical duties & document management Join us to make a meaningful impact by supporting personal injury clients through compassionate service and meticulous case management. Pay:
$23.00 - $32.00 per hour
