Job Description

We are looking for a Trust & Estate Attorney to join our team in Roseville, California. This permanent, on-site role offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated disputes involving trusts, estates, fiduciary matters, and related business conflicts while building strong courtroom and negotiation skills. The attorney in this position will work closely with clients and legal colleagues to shape case strategy, deliver thoughtful counsel, and provide high-quality representation throughout all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead trust and estate litigation matters involving contested wills, fiduciary disagreements, and connected business-related disputes.
  • Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and other case documents with accuracy and strong legal analysis.
  • Perform detailed legal research to support litigation strategy, motion practice, and client recommendations.
  • Represent clients during depositions, mediations, hearings, and court proceedings with professionalism and sound advocacy.
  • Partner with clients, senior attorneys, and other stakeholders to evaluate risks, develop case strategy, and move matters forward effectively.
  • Manage case activity from early investigation through resolution, maintaining organization across deadlines, filings, and evidence.
  • Support trial preparation by assembling exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and refining arguments for presentation.
  • Deliver responsive, client-focused communication that keeps parties informed and builds confidence throughout the legal process.
