Position Title:

Salary Range:

$150,000 - $200,000 /

Year DOE Responsibilities:

Manage family law cases Conduct court appearances and trials Handle a caseload of complex family law matters Collaborate with assigned support staff for case management Provide exceptional client support during emotional situations

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of family law experience, focusing on California-specific statutes and guidelines Proficiency in California Family Code, local court rules, mandatory custody, support, and community property laws Ability to run a case from inception to resolution Courtroom experience Barred in California Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment is preferred
