We handle a wide range of litigation and advisory matters, including real estate litigation, business disputes, employment compliance, healthcare-related matters, personal injury, family law, and PACA litigation. Our attorneys are experienced litigators who value high-quality advocacy, professionalism, and a collaborative team environment. About the Role We are seeking a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join our Downtown Fullerton office. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys active litigation, thrives in court and deposition settings, and is comfortable handling matters with a high degree of independence. The ideal candidate is both people-oriented and highly self-sufficient—someone who enjoys working directly with clients, collaborating with colleagues, and confidently managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. This position offers meaningful courtroom exposure, hands-on litigation responsibility, and the opportunity to develop as a well-rounded trial attorney in a fast-paced but supportive environment. Responsibilities Independently manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Handle disputes involving business, real estate, employment, healthcare, and related civil matters Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial-related documents Draft and argue substantive motions, including dispositive motions Conduct and defend depositions Develop litigation strategy and manage discovery Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial Attend and actively participate in court hearings, conferences, and trial proceedings Work closely with attorneys and staff in a collaborative team environment Maintain strong case ownership and meet all litigation deadlines Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Active California Bar membership in good standing 3-5 years of civil litigation experience preferred Experience in business, real estate, employment, healthcare, or general civil litigation strongly preferred Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills Experience with depositions, discovery, and law and motion practice Trial preparation experience required; jury trial experience is a plus Ability to independently manage cases with minimal supervision Comfortable working directly with clients and in collaborative team settings Enjoys courtroom appearances, hearings, and depositions as a core part of practice Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional judgment Ideal Candidate Profile Enjoys working with people and building client relationships Proactive and self-directed in managing cases Comfortable operating with autonomy while collaborating with a team Thrives in depositions, hearings, and courtroom advocacy Motivated by meaningful litigation responsibility and growth opportunities
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
