Join our growing immigration law firm in Fullerton, where your expertise will directly impact clients every day. We are a professional, client-focused team of four attorneys seeking a skilled Immigration Intake Specialist to be the face of our firm. What you'll do Assist with client intake and consultations — greet and gather information from new and existing clients, helping to prepare them for meetings with our attorneys Draft immigration contracts and legal documents for clients who retain our services Manage client database — log information, track case progress, and follow up to ensure matters move forward on time Process payments and Create invoices Maintain proactive client communication via phone, email, and text with professionalism and care Support firm management with administrative tasks and day-to-day operations Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of immigration experience in a law firm or legal services setting — this is required, not preferred Fully fluent in English and Spanish (required) Strong administrative and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple active cases Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual — our clients depend on timely, accurate handling of their cases Able to adapt to evolving immigration policies and follow direction effectively Professional, compassionate demeanor when working with clients from diverse backgrounds
Compensation:
$28/hr minimum, commensurate with experience This is a meaningful role where your work genuinely makes a difference in people's lives. References will be checked. We look forward to meeting you.
