Job Description

We're a leading security services company seeking a Senior In-House Attorney with deep experience in employment and labor law , especially wage & hour class actions, to join our corporate team. This role is ideal for a seasoned legal professional looking to make a direct impact in a high-volume, labor-focused environment.
What You'll Do:
Lead employment litigation strategy, especially wage & hour and PAGA claims Advise on labor compliance, investigations, and risk management Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and separation agreements Support internal HR, operations, and executive leadership
What You Bring:
JD + Active CA Bar license (Required) 8+ years of employment law experience; strong wage & hour litigation background Experience supporting large, hourly workforces (ideally in services, staffing, or security) Excellent communication and decision-making skills Why Join Us?
