Job Description

Associate Attorney -
Employment Impact:
As our Associate Attorney in our Employment Litigation department, you will work to help scale the firm's employment practice, to service the ever-growing number of Californians who have been illegally discriminated against, harassed, unfairly compensated, subjected to a unfair hostile work environment and/or wrongfully terminated.
Daily Tasks:
Management of cases from pre-litigation through settlement, with the support of a strong staff and advanced automated systems that optimize case efficiency (including CompuLaw, NetDocuments, Clio, and others) Deposition experience strongly preferred. Excellent research and writing skills required Draft correspondence and regularly communicate with clients, experts, and defense counsel Prioritize and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
Your Skills:
At least 4 years of experience in employment litigation. Knowledge of California Civil Procedure and Local Court Rules. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Superior time management and multi-tasking skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter. Experience with employment disputes including wrongful terminations, FEHA claims, labor code violations, PAGA and wage and hour claims. What We Do for
