BPE is a multi-state, rapidly expanding firm focused on real estate and business litigation, and we're looking for attorneys with 0-6 years of experience to join our team. What You Will Do

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear in court and argue motions
• Work directly with clients
• Manage cases
• Participate in litigation strategy development
• Collaborate with a supportive, experienced litigation team What We're Looking For

• Active California Bar license

Compensation:

$90,000-$160,000 DOE (our compensation structure is not lock-step like many other firms; our attorneys are paid for what they do and what they contribute)
