Job Description What you will be doing: Handle a broad range of litigation matters from inception through trial Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery Take and defend depositions Appear in court and argue motions Work directly with clients and play a visible role in case strategy Collaborate with a supportive, experienced litigation team Experience you will need: 2-5 years of civil litigation experience Active California Bar license (required) Experience across all phases of litigation (trial experience is a strong plus) Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage cases and deadlines with increasing independence A client-first mindset and commitment to excellent service Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
