Job Description

Position Title:
Associate Attorney The Associate Attorney role is pivotal within the firm, contributing to the management of high-stakes trust and estate litigation cases. This position requires a candidate who can navigate complex legal challenges while providing exceptional service to clients with significant net worth. The role involves collaborating with experienced partners and associates, thereby offering valuable mentorship opportunities. Candidates should be prepared to engage in various litigation processes, including discovery and trial preparation. A focus on quality billable hours is essential, as is a commitment to maintaining strong client relationships. This position is based in the Irvine office and is ideal for those seeking to advance their legal careers in a dynamic environment.
Salary Range:
$150,000 - $250,000 /
Year DOE Associate Attorney Responsibilities:
Support senior attorneys in trust and estate litigation cases Manage a case load of approximately 25 large cases Conduct hearings and participate in trial preparations Draft and respond to discovery requests Engage in law and motion practice Assist with depositions as needed Collaborate with a team of associates and paralegals
Associate Attorney Requirements:
3-7 years of experience, with 2-5 years in trust and estate litigation Experience with business litigation, contract disputes, and real estate transaction litigation Proficiency in discovery, law & motion, and deposition processes Barred in California Willingness to work flexible hours based on client needs Strong writing skills are essential Experience in a high net worth clientele environment is preferred
