The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in family law and a strong ability to support attorneys through all phases of litigation. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Demonstrated experience drafting, compiling, and filing legal documents, including complaints, answers, financial disclosure forms, subpoenas, legal briefs, exhibit notebooks, deposition notices, interrogatories, and motions Ability to interact with clients in person, digitally, and over the phone in a warm, professional manner Drafting legal forms and pleadings for attorney review Managing calendars and coordinating with clients and internal team members to meet deadlines and achieve case objectives Maintaining highly organized paper and digital case files with strong attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and remain composed under pressure Comprehensive understanding of family law case processes and litigation stages Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities Commitment to upholding client confidentiality and maintaining the highest standards of integrity Professional demeanor and presentation Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution 2-4 years of family law experience required Compensation & Benefits Starting base salary: $95,000 Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan with company match Paid time off 12 paid holidays How to Apply If you are interested in joining TALG, please submit your resume and cover letter, Please note that we are not accepting inquiries from recruiters or other solicitations.
