Job Description

Experienced Personal Injury Lien Negotiator (Bilingual Spanish Required) Our growing Liens team is looking for an experienced Personal Injury Lien Negotiator who is bilingual in Spanish and ready to take ownership of a caseload in a professional, fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone with 3+ years of lien negotiation experience who is detail-oriented, organized, and confident communicating with lien holders while ensuring accurate resolutions. Position Overview Under the supervision of the Liens Manager, the Lien Negotiator will manage and resolve a moderate caseload from start to finish. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in financial calculations, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Manage and negotiate a moderate caseload of personal injury liens from opening to resolution Review and verify balances and billing statements for accuracy Prepare template correspondence including WLLs and FD letters Accurately calculate and verify billing totals and settlement figures Communicate with lien holders, attorneys, and internal staff regarding balances and negotiations Maintain organized and accurate records using Case Peer case management software Monitor deadlines and ensure cases move efficiently toward resolution Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of Personal Injury Lien Negotiation experience Bilingual in Spanish and English required Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing balances and billing totals Experience working with Case Peer case management software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Job Type Full-time Work Location In person Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Flexible spending account (FSA) Paid time off Apply Today If you have the experience and are looking for an opportunity to join a supportive and growing team, we encourage you to submit your application.
