Job Description:
Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a large, full-service California law firm seeking an experienced Trial Paralegal for its Irvine office. This role supports attorneys through all stages of litigation-from case inception through trial and appeal-and offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes matters. Key Responsibilities Manage cases from inception through trial and post-trial proceedings Draft and assist with pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and correspondence Track deadlines under California and Federal procedural rules and maintain case calendars Coordinate discovery, document productions, and deposition preparation Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness lists, and pre-trial filings Provide in-court support, including exhibit management and trial coordination Assist with appellate filings, briefing schedules, and appendices Utilize e-discovery platforms and trial presentation software Qualifications 5+ years of complex litigation experience with strong trial support background Appellate experience strongly preferred Experience in California state and federal courts required Paralegal certificate preferred (ABA-approved a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office and litigation support tools (e.g., Relativity, DISCO) Strong organizational, technical, and multitasking skills Core Competencies Detail-oriented with strong procedural accuracy Deadline-driven and highly organized Technically proficient with e-filing and litigation systems Professional, discreet, and proactive All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
