Job Description
McDougal, Boehmer, Foley, Lyon, Mitchell & Erickson is a long-standing San Diego-based law firm representing businesses and public agencies. The Firm seeks a dynamic and self-motivated attorney with strong litigation experience to join our legal team. Reasonable billable hour requirement. Qualifications:
Five-ten years of litigation experience, including law and motion work, and experience taking and defending depositions; Trial / administrative hearings / arbitration experience a plus;- Have a J.D. from an ABA accredited law school with good academic credentials;
- Be admitted by the California State Bar;
- Have strong analytical and excellent legal research and writing skills;
- Possess strong communication skills; and
- Have excellent time management abilities.
