Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience at a personal injury firm and be confident managing litigation files, particularly handling depositions and overseeing the demand team . You'll be part of a results-driven legal team with the autonomy to manage your own caseload while also benefiting from mentorship and team support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of litigated personal injury files from inception through resolution. Conduct and defend depositions (plaintiff, defendant, witness, and expert). Draft and respond to discovery, motions, and other legal documents. Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances. Communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel. Work collaboratively with team members to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. Minimum 2 years of experience at a personal injury law firm (litigation experience required). Proven experience conducting and defending depositions . Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a litigation caseload. Strong organizational and time management skills.
