We are seeking an experienced general liability and/or professional liability Partner or senior-level attorney to join our San Francisco office. This role is ideal for an attorney with a strong track record of handling complex litigation, developing client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of a practice. At LBBK, partners play a key leadership role within the firm. You will manage sophisticated matters, serve as a trusted advisor to clients, mentor junior attorneys, and have the opportunity to expand your practice within a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage complex general liability and professional liability matters from inception through resolution, including trial or arbitration Develop and execute case strategies, including oversight of discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance and maintaining strong, long-term relationships Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and support staff Handle court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trials in San Francisco-area state and federal courts Collaborate with firm leadership on practice growth and business development initiatives Contribute to firm strategy, client development efforts, and internal leadership initiativesPAY RANGE AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE
Base Pay:
