Our core practice areas are construction litigation, business litigation, and real estate litigation. We have an immediate opening for a senior litigator who can step in on day one, take ownership of a caseload, and manage matters end-to-end. This is not a supervised associate role — we need someone who has done this before and does not need direction on how to run a file. Key Responsibilities Manage an active caseload across construction, business, and/or real estate litigation.
Handle all phases of litigation:
pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, arbitration, and trial. Develop case strategy and advise clients directly. Work closely with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently. Build long-term client relationships and contribute to firm growth. Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing. Minimum 10 years of civil litigation experience — construction litigation strongly preferred. Trial or arbitration experience as lead or co-counsel. Ability to independently manage a full caseload from intake to resolution. Experience in at least one core area: construction, business, or real estate litigation. Why GLG Direct access to firm leadership — no layers of bureaucracy. You run your cases; we trust experienced attorneys to do their job. Strong paralegal and administrative support. Merit-based compensation that rewards results, not just hours. Established client base in construction and real estate — steady, substantive work.
