New lawyers are welcome to apply and will be trained. There is a nice collegial atmosphere at the firm. The responsibilities of this job include taking depositions, writing recommendation letters, talking with claims representatives, meeting insureds and answering discovery. It will also include preparing trial documents and attending motions and court appearances. If the candidate is qualified, trial work is available. A senior attorney is always available for guidance and support. A partnership track is available.
