Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Attorney to join an established and reputable legal team in Napa, California. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of sophisticated business transactions, providing tailored and effective legal solutions to clients ranging from regional businesses to multinational corporations. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of expertise in corporate law and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal counsel on business formation, transaction structuring, and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Collaborate with estate planning professionals on succession planning matters.
  • Conduct analysis of debt structures and advise on banking and credit facilities.
  • Develop practical solutions to complex legal challenges for clients in various industries.
  • Represent clients at local, national, and international levels in business-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support clients in the development of equity incentive plans and other financial agreements.
  • Stay updated on legal trends and apply insights to improve client outcomes.
