This Attorney will have experience with plaintiff personal injury and catastrophic injury cases , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Qualifications :

Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing 5+ years of experience handling plaintiff personal injury matters Strong legal writing and research abilities with a high level of attention to detail Demonstrated ability to independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution Proven evaluation and negotiation skills in personal injury cases High level of motivation with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational capabilities Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities :

Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury and catastrophic injury matters from intake through resolution Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents Evaluate cases, assess liability and damages, and develop litigation strategies Handle depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Maintain organized case files and meet all deadlines and court requirements Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to drive successful case outcomes For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
